In winter meals are prepared by a fully qualified chef to a high standard. We generally serve a continental breakfast with eggs and cereals and a three course dinner. We prepare high tea for youngsters. We try and serve food with a local flavour but most importantly we serve what guests want. You choose the menus and of course vegetarians are catered for.
Dinner is generally 3 courses. Typical dishes would be:
Salad Savoyarde, Spinach Roulade, Vichysoisse soup, cheese souffle.
Beef Stroganoff, Chicken in a tarragon sauce, Fondue, Pierrade.
Chocolate Mousse, Grand Marnier Soufflé, Apple Rum Meringue Pie.
We buy our wines directly from vineyards we have personally researched. This means our guests get high quality wines that would normally cost twice as much. Wine connoisseurs have complimented us on our selection. The owner is pictured on the left visiting one of the vineyards we work with, Regis Boisson.
We are once again offering Summer lettings in Chalet le Yeti.
In the Summer we do not have a team of staff but local help can be arranged for cooking and cleaning if required. Our prices include a clean, within reason, of the Chalet at the end of your week.
